This study employed a mixed-methods design conducted in two phases. In the qualitative phase, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 17 experts in therapeutic policy implementation, and the data were analyzed using thematic analysis to extract initial codes, basic themes, and organizing themes. In the quantitative phase, the population consisted of 4,420 hospital managers and staff, from whom 387 valid questionnaires were collected through stratified random sampling. An 82-item Likert-scale questionnaire with confirmed validity and reliability was used as the data collection tool. Statistical analyses were performed using standard analytical software, and structural equation modeling was applied to evaluate the measurement and structural models. A multi-criteria decision-making approach was used to prioritize the organizing themes. The qualitative results yielded 72 initial codes, 23 basic themes, and 9 organizing themes related to the implementation of therapeutic policies using a Jihadi approach. Structural equation modeling indicated that all paths between the organizing themes and the main construct were statistically significant. The strongest effects were attributed to continuous monitoring systems and staff ethical considerations. Prioritization results showed that “growth and empowerment,” “institutionalization of Jihadi culture,” and “staff ethical considerations” were the most influential themes in improving the implementation of therapeutic policies. The findings highlight that effective implementation of therapeutic policies requires strengthening value-based systems, establishing continuous monitoring structures, promoting ethical and professional behavior among staff, mobilizing resources, and enhancing human capacity development.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش، طراحی، اعتباریابی و اولویت‌بندی یک مدل جامع برای اجرای خط‌مشی‌های درمانی در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جنوب شرق ایران بر اساس رویکرد جهادی و اصول مدیریتی مبتنی بر ارزش‌های ایثارگرانه است. پژوهش حاضر به شیوه آمیخته و در دو مرحله کیفی و کمی انجام شده است. در مرحله کیفی، با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۷ نفر از خبرگان حوزه خط‌مشی درمانی، داده‌ها گردآوری و با روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی شد و کدهای اولیه، مضامین پایه و مضامین سازمان‌دهنده استخراج گردید. در مرحله کمی، جامعه آماری شامل ۴۴۲۰ نفر از مدیران و کارکنان بیمارستان‌های دانشگاهی بود که ۳۸۷ پرسشنامه معتبر به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای جمع‌آوری شد. ابزار بررسی، پرسشنامه ۸۲ گویه‌ای بر اساس طیف پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت بود که روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارهای آماری رایج و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت و برای تعیین اهمیت نسبی مضامین از روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره و مدل‌های اولویت‌بندی استفاده شد. یافته‌های بخش کیفی منجر به استخراج ۷۲ کد اولیه، ۲۳ مضمون پایه و ۹ مضمون سازمان‌دهنده شد. نتایج مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد تمام مسیرهای بین مضامین و متغیر اصلی اجرای خط‌مشی درمانی از نظر آماری معنادار بودند. بالاترین ضرایب تأثیر مربوط به سیستم نظارت مستمر و ملاحظات اخلاقی کارکنان گزارش شد. نتیجه اولویت‌بندی مضامین نشان داد «رشد و توانمندسازی»، «کسب فرهنگ جهادی» و «ملاحظات اخلاقی کارکنان» دارای بیشترین اهمیت نسبی هستند و نقش کلیدی در تحقق کامل خط‌مشی‌های درمانی ایفا می‌کنند. نتایج پژوهش تأکید می‌کند که اجرای کارآمد خط‌مشی‌های درمانی نیازمند توسعه نظام ارزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد جهادی، ارتقای اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان، ایجاد نظام نظارت مستمر، بسیج منابع و تقویت توانمندسازی نیروی انسانی است.</p> https://www.journalpdot.com/index.php/jpdot/article/download/261/175
