بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر قصد ادامه استفاده و رفتار خرید مجدد از طریق اپلیکیشن‌های خرید موبایلی: مطالعه‌ای تجربی مبتنی بر مدل موفقیت سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی در مالزی

چکیده

روش‌های خرید چندگانه، شامل خرید آنلاین و خرید حضوری، به‌طور چشمگیری بر رفتار خرید مصرف‌کنندگان تأثیر گذاشته و موجب افزایش استفاده از خرید از طریق اپلیکیشن‌های تجاری موبایل شده است. با این حال، موفقیت پایدار اپلیکیشن‌های تجاری موبایل، بستگی زیادی به استفاده مداوم از سوی مصرف‌کنندگان دارد. متأسفانه، تحقیقات موجود در این زمینه هنوز به‌طور کامل روشن نشده و نیاز به بررسی‌های بیشتری احساس می‌شود. این مطالعه به‌منظور پرکردن این خلأ، به تحلیل قصد ادامه استفاده و استفاده مجدد مصرف‌کنندگان مالزیایی از اپلیکیشن‌های خرید موبایل می‌پردازد و این کار را از دیدگاه مدل موفقیت سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی (ISSM) انجام می‌دهد. در این تحقیق، از روش‌شناسی کمی استفاده شده و تعداد 402 پاسخنامه از طریق نمونه‌برداری هدفمند از شهر کوالالامپور مالزی جمع‌آوری شد. فرضیات پیش‌بینی‌شده با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با کمترین مربعات جزئی (PLS-SEM) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج، نشان‌دهنده وجود رابطه مثبت میان کیفیت خدمات و کیفیت سیستم با رضایت مصرف‌کنندگان بود، در حالی که کیفیت اطلاعات نتوانست ارتباط معناداری با رضایت برقرار کند. علاوه بر این، کیفیت خدمات، کیفیت سیستم و کیفیت اطلاعات، به همراه احساس رضایت، اعتماد و مشوق‌ها تأثیرات مثبت و معناداری بر قصد ادامه استفاده از اپلیکیشن‌های تجاری موبایل داشتند. این مطالعه به ابعاد نادیده‌گرفته‌شده، شامل قصد ادامه و استفاده مداوم از اپلیکیشن‌های تجاری موبایل، در چارچوب مدل موفقیت سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی (ISSM) می‌پردازد. نتایج این تحقیق بینش‌های عملی و دقیقی برای بهبود تجربه مصرف‌کننده و ایجاد تعامل پایدار با اپلیکیشن‌های تجاری موبایل ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین، این تحقیق به پیشرفت دانش در زمینه ساختارهای بنیادی و ارتباطات بین آن‌ها کمک می‌کند و به این ترتیب، توسعه نظریه در این حوزه را تقویت می‌نماید.
